Brad Whitford - Guitars
Tom Hamilton - Bass
Joey Kramer - Drums

Construction History:
Construction began on February 17, 1998. Ride systems and components of the attraction were shipped to the Disney-MGM Studios from different area of Europe.

On April 8, 1998, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster set the record for the largest "concrete pour" at a Walt Disney attraction in the creation of the gravity building's mat foundation. Soon a construction crew of more than 100 workers, with the help of approximately 70 trucks and 6 pumps, placed approximately 3,000 cubicyards of concrete into one, three-foot-thick square in just 12 hours. The concrete formed one huge mat foundation for the gravity building which surrounds the roller coaster track.

Guitar Icon:
An Electric guitar icon forms the marquee at the entrance to
the attraction.

Guitar neck "morphs" into a coaster track which extends 320 feet to entrance
Guitar Height: 40 feet tall

Hidden Mickeys:

In the lobby between the doors that have marble panels, before entering the next
room, there are two sets of three small circles in the floor tiles, unlike any of the other tile pieces in the room
In the lobby, the poster of the "8th Street Kidz Band" featuring rock singer "Jesse Camp" wearing a denim jacket with a Mickey Mouse patch in the upper left hand corner
In the studio with Aerosmith there is one that comes and goes and gets moved around. Look for cables arranged in the form of the classic Mickey
On each limo, look at the licence plate. The year sticker is in the shape of Mickeys head (this replaces the California year sticker).
On the ride itself there is a Mickey. One of the yellow diamond shaped signs has Mickey on it.
One on the floor inside the ride building (See photos for a close up as this can only be seen by a cast member)
One on the equipment boxes in the backstage area
One of the shirts on the giant poster outside

The soundtrack is stored on solid state compact flash cards. The audio software, "Digital Sound Source and Sequencer", is custom written by Walt Disney Imagineering.
